Following its recent collaboration with Formula 1, lottery operator Allwyn has entered into a global partnership with the McLaren F1 Team as part of its strategy to expand its presence in motorsport.
Under the new agreement, the Allwyn logo will appear on McLaren’s race cars and driver suits throughout the upcoming Formula One season. This partnership aligns with Allwyn’s broader global growth strategy, which focuses on leveraging high-profile sports alliances to boost brand visibility and promote responsible gaming. With McLaren having secured the 2024 Constructors' Championship and boasting a vast international fanbase, the partnership offers Allwyn a valuable opportunity to connect with a wider audience.
This deal follows Allwyn’s earlier multi-year agreement with Formula 1, aimed at highlighting community impact stories and showcasing individuals who are making positive contributions to society. Allwyn also has a history of supporting sports initiatives, including ongoing sponsorship of the Peace Race cycling event.
“We’re excited to welcome Allwyn to the McLaren Racing family,” said Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing. “After a phenomenal 2024 Formula 1 season, it's great to partner with a global brand like Allwyn at a time when both our team and the sport are on a strong growth trajectory.”
“Allwyn is committed to creating safe and responsible gaming experiences wherever we operate,” said Robert Chvátal, CEO of Allwyn. “We know that McLaren, like the rest of Formula 1, holds accountability and safety as core values—principles we deeply share.”
